Another thing I’ve learnt: they HATE you hearing them type. They’ll put you on hold for literally 3 seconds while they search.
So basically if they don’t tell you what number you are in the queue you’re going to be waiting for around 15 minutes.
(2/2) queueing in front of you, they’ll tell you how many there are. If it’s more than 10 they won’t.

I hope more iOS apps implement gestures. Even with my big hands hitting the top corner buttons on an iPhone 5 can be tricky. Gestures easy.
