Been meaning to subscribe to the many magazines I buy, but I’ve just done so with one I’ve never read, just because it’s so damn beautiful.

He’ll just have to leave a ‘we knocked but you were listening to Neil Young’ note and redeliver tomorrow.
There is a delivery many at my door but I am incapable of walking away from or pausing “Cowgirl in the Sand”.
Random notes:
Beards! Lots of them! Good looking ones.
And, Baron Cohen’s accent is a bit iffy. He basically sounds like a posh Ali G.
“Hugo” - Charming and touching with some great cinematography. Glad it wasn’t just a kids adventure story. 8/10
Everyone wrote off the London clubs. Ha! Man City and United out! Chelsea and Arsenal through!

“… he was nearly caught in possession early in the second half,…” - @GuardianJamieJ
Unforgivable! He should be fined a weeks wages!
Romeu had the most interceptions and second most tackles last night for goodness sake! What more do you want @GuardianJamieJ?!
I avoid calling out football tweets/articles as opinions are opinions. But @GuardianJamieJ in todays Guardian says Romeu was ‘unconvincing’!
Also, Mata great as always. Average start but made up for it later. Imagine him and Modric next year?! (If we do actually get him of course)
What a great bloody performance. Chelsea 3, Valencia 0. My love affair with Romeu continues. Also, Drogba: Two goals and an assist. Beast!
I’ve started listening to electronic music. I find it helps me study. Classical use to do that, but electronic makes me more upbeat.
But of course, most of all, I want that thing that I don’t even know I want yet, but that Apple does.
I want Skype, YouTube, tweets scrolling at the bottom of a sports game, and the ability to Google voice search a word said in a film, etc.
iPlayer is awesome and a great addition to a tele, but it really isn’t revolutionary.
I really hope Apple have a crack at TV units. These ‘smart TVs’ floating around are crap. “Oh wow, iPlayer. This. Changes. Everything.”
AirPlay has really transformed the AppleTV for me and my family.
I don’t mind article-length adverts. I’m talking about ads with the same layout, fonts and colours as the rest of the issue.
When did it become acceptable for publications to show adverts (or ‘promotions’) in the style of articles?
In fact it’s not that they just click the top 2 results, we all do. It’s their search terms. They type in the most ubiquitous of words.
I always find it fascinating watching a non-techie use the web. It’s amazing how much they rely on Google’s top two results for everything.
A great advert for the Guardian is that it has almost 3 times as many Wikipedia citations than any other British newspaper.
You know you’re successful when there’s a Wikipedia page for all the awards you’ve received. Christopher Nolan: http://t.co/IquGKjx0

He protects Liability Luiz and offers so much more than Mikel. He’s strong, calm and can pass. Let’s just hope Barca don’t take him back.
