However, if it wasn’t for @chrishannah and @ThomDillon pointing them out, I would of missed two key parts of plot due to the loud volume.
Batman was even better on second viewing.
Also, seems ODEON turned the volume down. Wasn’t too loud this time.
Each one feels like it’s missing an extra couple of seconds of footage. They are all too brief and rushed.
Not Nolan’s usual finesse.
The main issue with the Dark Knight Rises is that’s its key emotional moments aren’t quite good enough.
In fact the entire film was too loud at IMAX. Not sure if that’s down to ODEON or the film. But the action scenes were hard to bare at times
Saw it in IMAX. It really is the future. Though the grovelling voices of Batman and Bane did hurt the ears at points.
Bane’s voice wasn’t too good at first, but you get use to it. And Tom Hardy is as good as ever.
The Dark Knight Rises was great. As expected. Not quite as good as the previous film, but still marvellous. Action fans will favour Rises.
Just discovered @DuckDuckGo has a @Pinboard !bang. Preface what you’re looking for with ‘!pinboard’ to search your Pinboard!

After the Major of Gotha, Germany and his wife went on a tour of Ohrdruf concentration camp they immediately went home and hanged themselves
It’s called the chicken of fish, and that is partly true. But it’s a lot lovelier than wretched chicken.
If you’re not a fan of fish, but want all the healthy things it contains, try Tilapia. It isn’t oily, it doesn’t stink, and it’s really nice

Seems high to me.
Sad, but high.

Just noticed that Gmail has upped their free storage limit from 8GB to 10GB. Imagine they’ll continue doing so as the years go by.
Supplements didn’t noticeably help my performance though. Hoping they help soreness tomorrow at least. Got a 10 mile hike planned.
Second day of taking supplements went better. Did chest and triceps with @MrROakley91.
Certainly the oats which made me sick yesterday.
However, the supplements themselves really did help me lift more. About 25% more in fact.
First day of using supplements didn’t go so well. Ate my oats to close to my workout and threw up after doing just two exercises. Not good.
It’s difficult for me to balance weights/cardio and eating for recovery whilst also dieting. My main goal is to lose weight, not gain muscle
supplements are going to bankrupt me and I really don’t feel comfortable taking loads of em. Just feels odd taking so many pills & powders
amazing the amount of blokes who only do their ‘glam’ muscles: bicep, chest, maybe back oh god, the burn! forgot about its pain
First week fitness observations:
doing legs really makes you dizzy/sick ironic that exercising actually shrinks your appetite
… have badly suffered from D.O.M.S. Looking forward to getting started again on Monday with it all.
Doing legs again :(
Haven’t done any thing for 3 days as doing my legs for the first time really messed them up. Didn’t get enough protein in my diet and …
I’m trying to lose weight, and I joined a gym last week. Expect the occasional boring fitness related tweet.

(2/2) Never heard of it before, so I’ve read some stuff on it. Seems strict, but harmless. Anyone had an experience with them?
